Cursed a thousand years ago for the crimes of their forefathers, the warrior men of Lykaios are imprisoned to stay on their island home. One day, Fate turns their gaze upon them in mercy, sending a vision of their impending freedom to Theron, one of the Lykaia and a wolf shifter.
Rylan Hawthorne, multimillionaire hotelier’s son, is a wastrel. Because of this, he’s encouraged to take some time to think on his father’s ultimatum: grow up, or lose his fortune. He takes their family yacht on a trip through the Mediterranean, and for supernatural reasons, he finds himself on the island of Lykaios.
Theron and Rylan’s meeting locks a bond in place that’s both instantaneous as it is arresting. Theron knows the man is his mate, but the man knows nothing of the Lykaia. Now, the lives of a pack lost by time are in the hands of an inexperienced young hotelier, and the wolf shifter who dares love him.
A Siren Erotic Romance
Today I write a little bit about my new series. It’s been a long time since I’ve used this blog for its secondary purpose of letting people learn more about who I am, my thinking process, and some of the things that ‘bother’ me in day-to-day life.
The fourth book of Into the New World is already out for preorder. It’s been half a year since I started my journey to becoming a writer. In that span of time, I’ve written five novels – four of which are under one series, and one is in another which I’m about to tell you all about right now.
The sun, the squawking of seagulls, and crisp, bright blue waters: all signs of a tropical paradise, and all having a bit to do with the island of Lykaios. (Hee, such good reasons for wanting to step away from Into the New World’s NYC for a little bit!)
Lykaios is still in the realm of the paranormal, because let’s face it, I do love werewolves. I love them to bits. They’re my favorite. Add some Ancient Greek lore, a little bit of Fantasy elements into the mix, and as always, hot, hot, hot erotic romance, and I’m hooked every moment I step into its world.
Lykaios doesn’t have that gritty edge to it like Into the New World does too, now that I think of it.
I wanted something a bit more fun. I wanted something that felt light-hearted and something that made me grin whenever I read it. I also wanted something to do with swords and sandals and gladiators and Lykaios seemed like the perfect answer, even though none of these men are gladiators. But they are wolf shifters!
Into the New World still has some juice left in it. Three books’ worth, in fact. They’ll all be scattered throughout 2015… I hope I’ll be able to share all of them with you this coming year. 😀
After that though… let’s see what 2015 holds. 😉
